1924 International truck. Fatlighter Co. Partnered with Scoutco LLC to restore this truck. Originally, these trucks came from the factory from the cowl (windshield area) forward. The customer had to build the cab and the bed. Fatlighter re-built the cab and the bed using what was left of the original structure as reference. The cab is built out of white oak, specifically milled to Fatlighter’s specs. The bed is built from oak that was sawn using a Farmall tractor running the sawmill. The truck has won multiple awards at shows to include being crowned as the Great IH Truck Build-Off Champion. This project was built for an avid International Harvester truck collector and was the last truck he had restored before downsizing & liquidating his collection. Fatlighter Company is proud to have been involved with this project and the continuing legacy of the truck collection.
